Dean remains on the offensive
Howard Dean offered some strong criticism of President Bush and the Bush Administration today as it was learned that Bush and Co (or someone in the White House, at least) insisted that the nuclear claims remained inside the State of the Union address.
Scare tactics, it would seem.
Howard’s not very happy about this and he is calling for the end of the evasive maneuvers as are several democrats in Senate (hats off to those standing up and crying foul).
It still makes me wonder — what was Bush and Co trying to achieve with Iraq that they had to distort, manipulate and alter facts in order to sell the public and the world on war? Was Oil that much of a concern to them? Or was there other political motives besides the New Ameerican Century plan?
